1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return products if:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product was damaged or defective upon delivery.
- The product has expired or is unfit for consumption.
⚠️ Non-Returnable Products: Due to the nature of food items (Desi Ghee, Oatmeal, Pickles), products that have been opened or used are not eligible for returns.
2. Refund Process
- Refunds will only be issued once the returned item is inspected and approved.
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method or through bank transfer / mobile wallet within 7–10 working days.
- In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or mobile wallet.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos (if applicable).
- Our team will guide you through the pickup or return shipping process.
4. Shipping Costs
- If the error is on our side (wrong, damaged, or expired product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
- If the customer changes their mind, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer (if accepted at all).
